Chloe had me at tacos and Grey’s Anatomy. It was friendship at first sight. I truly think I can connect with Seniors in high school because I still feel like a younger person in my heart. I’m only 21, and I do not feel grown or adult at all.
We met for froyo in Old Town and it was a super fun time. I quickly found out how sweet, ambitious, and down to earth she is. She’s is a CNA, which I personally know is not an easy job. She cares so much for people and animals. She has two hedgehogs, and they’re the cutest, most majestic little animals ever. She also has an energetic puppy who joined in our session. No surprise, she told me she’s planning to go to K-State for study veterinarian medicine after she graduates!
Chloe is such a genuine person. I know she’s the type of person who’ll go far in life. She cares so much for people. She said that if she could have lunch with anyone, dead or alive, it would be Mr. Greenwood, her science teacher who passed away this year.
“He had so much to teach me and he was honestly my biggest support system when it comes to my future” Chloe said. I know Chloe would make him so proud.
We had so much fun at the park, it was so relaxing and I felt like we could both be our true selves. I just love connecting with people as much as I did with her. She was super patient and flexible with me and my crazy, unpredictable life. I’m so glad I got to meet her, and I hope we stay in touch as she becomes the best vet out there!
